MindPlay Virtual Reading Coach (MVRC) teaches fluent reading to everyone, from early learners to adults. Because MVRC begins with an assessment to identify each student’s instructional needs, the student is assigned an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with specific lessons and activities that will fill those gaps in the areas of Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Comprehension. MVRC also contains lessons in Grammar & Meaning to provide the initial link between simply reading words to reading text for meaning – all of which will ensure that users will exit the program reading at grade level or better.
